A school with course level privileges is a school that uses u.select to provide a course bank/catalog to students. This level of participation allows for an easy way for students from those school to enter course work that might transfer to another participating u.select school.
Course level administrators only have the ability to enter a course bank and/or set up the ability for a student to import course work for that school. In order to set up a course bank, the school's Year-Term Conversion needs to be added to u.select also. There is a special type of account that allows course level schools to have these options.
