Forum Notification Options

Some users report troubling being notified of new forum messages in a timely manner. If you feel you are having this problem, make sure your forum profile options are set as follows:

Open forum preferences

Open your forum profile settings by clicking on the My Profile link in the forum header

Review email notification preferences

Review your email notification preferences to ensure your preferences are set to receive email notifications. Pay particular attention to the options "Send e-mail notification when posts get answered" and "Send notification for all new messages"
