NOTE:

General Information functionality is restricted to School Administrators only.

The General Information tab contains fields autopopulated with data from the National Center for Education Statistic (NCES). All admin changes made to the data in the General Information tab will supersede NCES data.

General Information Tab Fields

The details of the General Information display in fields that may be managed on this page.

Details

Website*

Web address of your institution
Course Equivalencies*

Enable or disable course equivalencies by selecting the corresponding option from the drop-down menu:

  • Enabled
  • Disabled
Subscription level*

Indicates the type of Transferology subscription your institution has purchased:

  • Full

NOTE:

Subscription Level is set by Transferology Lab and cannot be changed () by the Administrator.
Equivs public

Indicates to the Administrator whether Transferology has equivalencies enabled or disabled for their school via the drop-down menu:

  • Enabled
  • Disabled

NOTE:

Equivs public is set by Transferology Lab and cannot be changed () by the Administrator.


Programs enabled

Indicates to the Administrator whether or not programs are enabled for students viewing your institution via the drop-down menu:

  • Enabled
  • Disabled
Memo Alignment*

Select a left or right alignment for the memo (on the Transfer To page in View Equivalencies) by selecting the corresponding option from the drop-down menu:

  • Right
  • Left
Auto archive leads & advisees*

Select whether to automatically archive leads and advisees requests older than 90 days from the drop-down menu:

  • Yes
  • No (default)

TES Evaluation

Request Daily Limit*

Virtually controls turning on TES Evaluation integration. Key in a numerical daily limit (e.g., 25) to the number of TES evaluation requests, which is the number of courses that may be sent from the Transferology Lab per day to the TES Evaluation Tracker workflow.

NOTE:

A value of "0" indicates that TES Evaluation Integration is not being utilized by your institution.

The "Role who can view TES Evaluation Activity Logs" field (below) must also be selected. View TES Evaluation integration page for more details.

Role who can view Activity Logs*

Controls the view access to the TES evaluation activity log to a specific role, as selected from the drop-down menu:

  • Advisors
  • Recruiters
  • State Coordinators
  • TES Evaluators
  • Transfer Specialists
  • School Admins
  • Program Admins
  • Any Role
    • If "Any Role" is selected, then everyone is able to view the activity log
  • No One
    • If "No One" is selected, then only the superuser role is able to view the activity log

Useful for hiding comments that may contain sensitive data

Role who can view comments*

Controls the view access to the TES evaluation comments to a specific role, as selected from the drop-down menu:

  • Advisors
  • Recruiters
  • State Coordinators
  • TES Evaluators
  • Transfer Specialists
  • School Admins
  • Program Admins
  • Any Role
    • If "Any Role" is selected, then everyone is able to view the activity log
  • No One
    • If "No One" is selected, then only the superuser role is able to view the activity log

  • Allow users to assign TES Evaluation requests to a specific user

New in 1.6.2!

Check this checkbox to allow users to assign TES evaluation requests to a specific user rather than simply use the default user. In TES Mode:


SIS Import
  • Enable

Checkbox to select to enable SIS import, deselect to disable SIS import

If SIS Import is not enabled (i.e., checked), then the URL and Response Time fields are inactive (grayed out).
URL

URL of SIS import

The URL field is inactive (grayed out) unless the Enabled checkbox is checked.
Response time

Length of time (minutes) that the SIS import may take, e.g., 2 minutes

The Response time field is inactive (grayed out) unless the Enabled checkbox is checked.
Identifiers

School ID*

School ID of your institution

NOTE:

School ID is set by Transferology Lab and cannot be changed () by the Administrator.

CAS uniq

CAS unique ID of your institution

NOTE:

CAS uniq is set by Transferology Lab and cannot be changed () by the Administrator.

IPEDS ID

IPEDS code ID of your institution

NOTE:

IPEDS ID is set by Transferology Lab and cannot be changed () by the Administrator.
ATP code

ATP code of your institution

NOTE:

ATP code is set by Transferology Lab and cannot be changed () by the Administrator.
ACT code

ACT code of your institution

NOTE:

ACT code is set by Transferology Lab and cannot be changed () by the Administrator.
FICE code

FICE code of your institution

NOTE:

FICE code is set by Transferology Lab and cannot be changed () by the Administrator.
Misc Data

Catalog Source*

Select the source of your course catalog from the drop-down menu:

Equiv Type*

Select an equivalency type from the drop-down menu:

  • u.achieve
  • DARwin
  • TES
  • TES Import
  • Peoplesoft
  • Banner
  • None

Equiv Sort*

Select the type of sort for the equivalencies from the drop-down menu:

  • Alphabetical
  • u.achieve/DARwin

NOTE:

Gray fields are inactive and cannot be edited. Required fields are marked with a red asterisk (*).

Click the Save button () to conserve changes after customizing fields and checkboxes.
