1. Go to your Oracle Application Server Console
2. Select your OC4J instance
3. Click "Administration"
4. Chose "Shared Libraries"
5. Click "Create"
6. Name the library "apache.xml" and the version is "1.2.12"
7. Choose the xercesImpl-2.0.2.jar file to upload
8. Choose the xml-apis-2.0.2.jar file to upload
9. Choose "Finish"
