1. Go to your Oracle Application Server Console
2. Select your OC4J instance
3. Click "Administration"
4. Chose "Shared Libraries"
5. Click "Create"
6. Name the library "log4j" and the version is "1.2.12"
7. Choose the log4j.jar file to upload
8. Choose "Finish"
