Go to your OAS management console
Select your OC4J instance (ie 'home')
Click the 'Administration' tab
Go to the JDBC Resources section
Create 1 connection pools
1. One for the DARS database (if you use DARS)
Create 1 Data Sources.
1. DARS Data Source
2. Make sure Managed Datasouce is selected
  1. JNDI name jdbc/DARS
